Privacy Statement Print E-mail
OSClub.co.uk has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information-gathering and dissemination practices for this website: www.osclub.co.uk
Personal information
We may use your IP address to help detect diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address), demographic information (like your postal code, age) and other information. We use OS contact information from the registration form to send the member information about the OS Club, Sedbergh School and related bodies (such as The Friends of Sedbergh School). We will under no circumstances share your personal information with anyone outside Sedbergh School. We may provide others with statistics but this will be purely generic and never tied to a specific user.
The members' contact information is also used to contact members when necessary. Members may opt in to receive future mailings.

Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data for other purposes connected with the running of and planning for the future of the OS Club.

This site contains links to other sites.  The OS Club, Sedbergh School, PCUK or any other body connected with this web site is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
